We will not keep your personal information for longer than two (2) years. When we no longer have an active business need to process your personal data, we will permanently delete or anonymize it. If data is stored in backup archives, it will be securely isolated from processing until deletion is feasible.

We have established technical and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely impenetrable. 7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the parent/guardian of a minor dependent using the platform. If we identify that personal data from anyone under 18 has been collected without parental consent, we will deactivate the account and immediately delete the data. - Opting Out of Marketing Communications: Unsubscribe from promotional emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link within the message, replying “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to text messages, or emailing us directly. Administrative service messages will still be sent as needed.
- Mobile & SMS Data Protection: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Subcontractor sharing is restricted to direct support services (e.g., customer support). Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be transferred to third parties.
9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems offer a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) signal. Because there is currently no universal industry or legal standard for recognizing DNT signals, we do not currently respond to automated DNT browser signals.
