- Cancellation & Rescheduling: Appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests must adhere to our stated booking window policies. Late cancellations or missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be subject to a fee or loss of deposit.
- Product Returns & Refunds: In-studio and online product sales, digital consultations, and completed esthetic services are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated in writing.
